New Patreon Campaign!
I've started a Patreon campaign for At Random Comics! I really enjoyed making this announcement video, and will be promoting this campaign throughout the Summer. Supporting me through Patreon would help keep new daily comics rolling off the press, a feat that will be difficult after graduation.
New Video!
For my Senior project at Oregon State University, I've been working on a nonprofit campaign called Just One More. The focus of my senior thesis is the combining of passion projects with altruistic ideas. In my case, I'm using my comics to spread Just One More.
Precious Stones
After a conversation with a friend who had kidney stones, I couldn't help but feel that throwing them out is kind of wasteful. Personally, I'd wear them around my neck like those people who wear bullets that got dug out of them.
Bee Chord
Granted I liked the name "Bee Chord," it came to me after I already drew the comic. I don't want people to think I'm living off puns here...
Kernel Battle
Popcorn hulls are insidious... Strolling along our gum lines like they own the place, parkouring away from our tongues until we are filled with rage. I don't even think the birth of my first child will approach the sense of accomplishment I feel when I've freed a kernel.
No Food or Drink
I had to renew my tags and leave my coffee in the truck. Also, there are no visible clocks anywhere in the DMV, and without my phone on me to tell the time, I was truly in purgatory.
Dragon Slayer
I don't often draw multi-panel comics, but some ideas require them. Because At Random appears in my collegiate paper, I have a certain set of dimensions to go by. After graduation, I will be free to create, longer vertical strips from time to time.
Very First T-Rex Victim
It is a goal of mine to one day stand next to a T-Rex skeleton. I've been moderately obsessed with them throughout my life. T-Rex figurines, coffee mugs, countless jurassic park viewings, socks... Dinosaurs are to me, what One Direction is to teenage girls.
